Email Newsletter Updates

The University offers a free email subscription service to the Progress website that allows you to receive alerts by email when new significant information is available. When you create a subscription profile, you automatically receive information on items related to difficult issues the University is dealing with, including ongoing legal matters, as well as updates on initiatives Penn State has put in place to address the serious issue of child abuse.

Email subscriptions allow you to receive updates without having to return to the website to check for changes. Your email address will only be used to deliver requested information, will not be shared with any third parties and will never be used for any University marketing purposes. You can opt-out of the email subscriptions at any time.

There is no set schedule for email newsletter updates. To ensure that Progress email updates are delivered to your inbox, please add to your email address book, adjust your spam settings, or follow the instructions from your email provider to prevent newsletter update emails from being marked as “spam” or “junk.”

You can sign up for email newsletter updates on this website by entering in a valid email address in the query box on the right hand side of each page. Once you click on the “Subscribe” button you will receive an email confirmation verifying that you opt-in to the newsletter service.
